Gbenga Omotoyinbo is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the bank, a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).  Gbenga has extensive experience spanning about 10 years in Audit, Internal Control, Strategic Management, Accounting, Finance, and Treasury Management.

He was previously the Head, Treasury Reconciliation Unit at Fortis MFB Plc. 2014 to 2016. He commenced his banking career in 2011 having had a stint with Mainstreet Bank Limited as a financial control officer. He proceeded to join Evans Dirisu & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 2012, where he undertook several assignments such as:

-Bank Transactions Audit Review of NNPC/SPDC/TEPNG/NAOC JV Account for the year 2008 and 2009.

-Trial Marketing Period Revenue Verification of SNEPCO OML 118 (Dec, 2005 – June 2006)

-Bank Transactions Audit Review of NNPC/SPDC/TEPNG/NAOC JV Account 2012

-Review of Inter –Depot Products Lifting at Port Harcourt Depot for the year 2012

Mr. Omotoyinbo graduated in 2009 with a Second Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ado Ekiti and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Nassarawa State University, Keffi (Awaiting Convocation)

Omotoyinbo is a Senior Research Fellow of the Institute for Commerce Research and Enterprises Development (SRF-ICRED) Certified Microfinance Practitioner (MCP) of the Chartered institute of bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), a Fellow of institute of Credit Administration (FICA), Associate   Member of Chartered institute of taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), Fellow Chartered Institute of Administration (FCIA), Fellow Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), Associate member of association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) and more.
